Services
We provide SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ChatGPT Ads, AEO, GEO, and related advisory and creative services as described on the site or in a written proposal. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate statement of work or agreement, which controls in case of conflict with these terms.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are set in the applicable statement of work. Third-party media spend (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, or ChatGPT Ads budgets) is billed directly by the platform to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Use of the site
The site is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, branding, and copy on the site is owned by Public Victories unless otherwise noted.
No guarantees
We work hard to produce results, but search and AI ranking outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes from the use of our services or this site.
Confidentiality
We keep client information, strategy, and results confidential and only share them publicly with permission. Case studies and logos on the site are used with client permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Public Victories is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
