What we collect
When you submit a form on the site we collect the name, email, and any notes you choose to share so we can respond. Form submissions are delivered to publicvictoriesco@gmail.com through Formspree. When you book a call we use Cal.com, which collects the name, email, and scheduling details you enter. When you visit the site we collect standard analytics through Google Analytics and Google Ads (gtag.js, measurement ID G-YG01WWQSPS): pages viewed, approximate location, device, browser, and referrer.
How we use it
To reply to inquiries, deliver our services, improve the site, and measure advertising performance. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
Cookies & advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Cal.com booking widget) to understand usage and measure ad performance. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting on Lovable, form delivery via Formspree, scheduling via Cal.com, analytics and ads via Google, email via Gmail) and where required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
